How the cycle works
KvK comes round roughly every four weeks.
The draw
Opponents are drawn from a bracket of kingdoms of similar age. Strength only shifts the odds inside that bracket.
Before prepPreparation
Five scoring days. Points come from spending banked materials — speedups, shards, Truegold. The prep winner attacks.
Days 1–5Battle
The castle fight. Hold the enemy castle long enough and it is conquered. Shield up before battle opens.
Battle dayAfter
The winning side crowns a High King. Heal up, then the next cycle starts.

Our first KvK. Prep won and the enemy castle conquered. Great King Maska crowned.
Stop spending speedups, hero shards, forge hammers and Truegold in the run-up to prep. Prep scores the spending, not the owning, so anything burned early is points handed to the other kingdom. Shield before battle opens. Know your alliance's role before battle day.
